1/2 cup beer
3 T sesame seeds
3 T honey
2 T dijon mustard
1/2 t pepper
2 cloves crushed garlic
3 lbs pork chops or pork loin
Preparing: Mix all ingredients in a freezer bag. Freeze.
Cooking: Dump into the crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours.

I removed the liquid after the meat had cooked and made a gravy out of it. (Shake together cold water and corn starch then gradually add it to the the liquid in a medium stockpot.) I also felt it needed some salt to bring out the flavors.
