Greek Meatloaf

1/2 c plain breadcrumbs
1/3 c milk
1.25 lb extra lean ground beef
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 t Greek seasoning
1/4 t salt
1/2 t pepper
(1) 3.5 oz pkg crumbled reduced fat feta cheese
1/2 c green onion, chopped
1 c shredded carrot

In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs and milk; let stand 5 min. Add beef, eggs, Greek seasoning, salt, pepper, feta, green onion, and shredded carrots. Form into a loaf. Place into a sprayed dish. Bake at 375 for 1 hour. Let stand 10 min before slicing.
